Run Club+ $199 • Unlimited visits for 8 weeks • Run Club+ is designed to help moms take their running to the next level with an 8 week guided training program. Whether you plan to train for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply need the support and structure of a run-training program for health and well-being, Run Club+ can be structured to provide at-home and/or in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve.
Body Well $349 • Unlimited visits for 8 weeks • Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.
Included in the 8 weeks will be tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances and ability levels running and cross-training, as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Email support, accountability and progress check ins from the Run Club Coach will be part of the magic of this hybrid training program. You'll also get a t-shirt and entry into our M.O.M. 5k/10k Race in May! If you're looking to just start running or have ran marathons before, this program is for you. Training will be individualized and unique to you. Support and accountability weekly and access to coaching at live, in-person workouts twice a week.
