Whether you plan to train for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply need the support and structure of a run-training program for health and well-being, Run Club+ can be structured to provide at-home and/or in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve.
Body Well $349 • Unlimited visits for 8 weeks • Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.
Body Boost is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your fullest physical potential and to reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

This is a drop-in class without the nutrition or group support that is a part of our 8-week Body Well™ sessions.
